Live Well Mobile Exercise Physiology provides structured, personalised exercise delivered in your home.
We support older adults, individuals managing chronic health conditions, and those recovering from injury — helping you improve mobility, build confidence, and independence.
I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science and a Master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology. My education has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding how the body responds to movement and the role exercise plays in preventing and managing chronic disease. I take an evidence-based approach to ensure every program is safe, appropriate, and tailored to the individual.
I have over six years of experience working in private practice, supporting individuals across a broad range of health presentations. My key areas of interest include diabetes management, musculoskeletal injury, and age related de-conditioning.
I use a structured, evidence-based approach to assess each individual and develop targeted exercise programs that aim to improve strength, function, and overall health. My focus is on delivering clear, measurable outcomes through strategies that are practical and sustainable over the long term.
We provide tailored exercise programs for individuals living with chronic health conditions and those recovering from injury. Whether you’re managing diabetes, cardiovascular disease, arthritis, back pain, or post-surgical rehabilitation, our goal is to improve mobility, reduce symptoms, and restore confidence through safe, evidence-based exercise delivered in your home.
Maintaining independence is essential at every stage of life. We support older adults with personalised exercise programs designed to improve balance, strength, mobility, and overall function. Whether living independently or receiving home care services, we help you stay active, capable, and confident in your daily activities.
We work alongside individuals living with disability to build functional capacity, improve physical health, and enhance quality of life. Programs are carefully tailored to each person’s goals, abilities, and support needs, with a strong focus on creating sustainable progress in a comfortable and familiar environment.
Recovering from a workplace injury can feel overwhelming. We provide structured rehabilitation programs to support safe recovery, restore physical capacity, and assist with return-to-work goals. Our approach focuses on rebuilding strength, function, and confidence while working collaboratively with relevant health professionals and insurers.
